March is National Nutrition Month. Are you getting the right nutrients?

Ideally, we would all like to be acquiring the appropriate amounts of nutrients from our diets; however, we know that is not the case. Our schedules are busier than ever. Fast food is cheap and convenient. Our soil is depleted of nutrients. We know if we do not get the proper nutrition into our bodies, our bodies will fail us. We will develop some type of disease or health concern.

Think of it this way: If your car is out of oil or gas can it run.  It needs the proper things to make it work. So your body works in the same way.

Our fruits and vegetables are not grown in the nutrient rich soil that it once was. Our soils now are being depleted of nutrients and laden with chemicals and pesticides that our bodies do not know what to do with; therefore, we have more and more sick people

Education is the key. Read labels and know what is in your food and supplement your diet with the proper vitamins that your body needs to be healthy. Our bodies require many different vitamins and minerals that are crucial for our health and preventing disease. Such as digestive, skin, brain and heart health.

A great place to start with supplementing your diet is a quality multivitamin that offers the vitamins and minerals needed to support your body’s health. I recommend Isotonix Multivitamin.  Why? Because it contains 100% or more of the recommended daily value of essential vitamins, and it is an Isotonic-capable supplement delivered to the body and ready to be absorbed, gluten-free and no detectable GMOs.

This month we will cover other important  supplements and why you need them.
